If you’d like a completely unique painting, that means something very special, Mikki will create a bespoke piece of art to your requirements. Mikki has completed many commissions for clients world-wide, ranging from castles to cottages, schools to beaches, churches to cities. Here’s some useful information if you are thinking of commissioning Mikki:
All kinds of locations - Homes, gardens, towns, villages, cities, landscapes, churches, schools, castles, workplaces, landmarks...
Mikki can work to any size, from postcard size to huge canvasses, but the most popularly commissioned size is around 50 x 70cm.
Mikki works mainly in acrylics with the addition of inks and pencil crayons. She tends to work on thick card or canvas.
Let her know your deadline and Mikki will try to accomodate it - if the painting is for a gift, it’s often possible to produce a sketch for a card to be presented on the day of the event, e.g. wedding or birthday.
Mikki can arrange framing of all her work, including box canvasses. Mikki will help you choose a frame to complement both the painting and your decor.
Mikki works from a combination of sketches and photographs, so she’ll visit your location if possible. You will be asked for a deposit, to book the painting into the studio. Mikki will then produce a sketch for your approval. The balance is payable on completion of the painting and before any framing is ordered.
Cars, figures, pets, narrow-boats, farm animals, wildlife, activities...
